Kerry has been an athlete for as long as she can remember, she was asked to play Lacrosse at the D1 collegiate level. As she grew older, the intensity of sport playing became trying on her body. In 2012, Kerry was introduced to Hot Yoga. From the beginning, she felt an incredible draw to it, and in turn her life changed indefinitely. Kerry became an RYT-200 hour Certified Hot Yoga Instructor in the Fall of 2012 at Casa Om in Puerto Morales, Mexico. She feels honored to share Hot Yoga, this gift with others and is thankful to spend so much time with other fellow yogis and yoginis. When she is not in a hot room or at a studio, you can probably find Kerry on a sports field somewhere in Northern Virginia, for she works for McLean Youth Lacrosse coaching girls youth teams and supervising summer camps. Kerry hopes to progress into a more effective teacher and is eager to witness those whose hearts and souls are touched by this beautiful and powerful yoga.
