Jeannine was first introduced to yoga as a preteen, but her true journey began 21 years ago when she was temporarily disabled in a head on car collision. She started back with restorative yoga, then moved to other styles as her body healed. She has studied with many great teachers including Bikram & Yogi Bhajan. She first became certified in Hatha yoga, followed by Kundalini yoga, Hot yoga, and most recently Pure Power. She also teaches partner yoga classes.
Jeannine expertly guides students into their postures with enthusiastic motivation and heartfelt inspiration, she has a passion for helping students gain confidence and inner peace, become less judgmental, and reduce stress. Jeannine has learned that to persevere in stressful times, you have to be strong and flexible in mind as well as in body. It is through yoga, she says, that she has found the ability to respond rather than react to life.
Besides a certified yoga instructor Jeannine Marzella, PhDc is a life coach, clinical hypnotherapist, author, speaker and meditation teacher. She facilities workshops on manifesting, vision-board creating & stress reduction, to name a few.
